1. Full of Healthy Fat

Unlike cow’s milk, almond milk is rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats that are super good for your heart. Cow’s milk is mostly saturated fat. Although low fat milk contains very little saturated fat, it’s still there. Saturated fat has been shown in study after study to be a leading contributor to heart disease. There are some studies that show that a high intake of dairy products leads to a lower risk of obesity, but it’s safe to say that saturated fat is something you want to avoid.
