 A person needs to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water. Water aids in cleansing and detoxification of the body. When you drink a lot of water, you enable your body to normalize your blood volume, thus, keeping your organs and cells in prime condition. It also flushes away all the toxins in the body and helps the kidney to avoid it from being overworked.
