    I buy kombucha tea that the health food store. I like the natural flavor or the one with ginger in it. The best I have found was made by Reed’s. It does get quite expensive if you drink it every day. Is there an easy way that this can be made at home?

    This is a horrible advertisement for a substance that has little to no good research, as evidenced by the lack of in the references of the article. This is potentially lethal if not properly prepared. I have always read your newsletter “with a grain of salt”. I will continue with receiving your newsletter until I see this comment posted.

    I started Kombucha 8 months ago in that time I’ve started breathing better which enables me to walk farther and longer more energy all day. I went to doctor cholesterol is lower, blood pressure lower. I’d been fighting these problems for 3 year with diet and not enough exercise I will continue my 16 oz every day. Jim
