Antibiotic Tonic

  Ingredients:

  • 4 Large organic heads of garlic (not just cloves, the entire head)
  • 4 Organic lemons
  • 1 Organic one inch piece of fresh ginger root
  • 2 Liters of pure water

Instructions:

  • Peel the garlic cloves and place in your blender or juicer.
  • Cut the lemons into quarters (leave the peel on!) remove the seeds and place these in the blender.
  • Peel the ginger and place it in the blender.
  • Blend well.
  • Place the water and the blended garlic/lemons/ginger in a large pot and heat just until the mixture begins to boil.
  • Turn off the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Strain with a wire mesh or cheesecloth into a glass bottle.
  • Store in the refrigerator.

Drink one glass (8 ounces) on an empty stomach at least 2 hours before eating. First thing in the morning or last thing before bedtime is perfect. Shake the bottle well before each use.

    This concept is great but the execution and recipe is incorrect. Let me explain why.
    First, you do NOT want to heat garlic to “almost boil” because this is going to dramatically reduce the antibiotic components of garlic. Yes, there are many phytochemicals in garlic which act on various systems from circulatory to immune function, but the one which this article is written about, garlic’s natural antibiotic capability, is widely known to be heat-sensitive. This oversight by article’s author is a mystery to me. Secondly, the amount of ginger used needs to be approximately the same as the amount of garlic used (by volume/size) because of several reasons: ginger will assist the bite of this high level of garlic and make it easier to consume; ginger can make a significant contribution to the antibiotic function because it too has antibiotic effect; and ginger will really help with the detoxification elimination symptoms which occur when we kill off a bunch of pathogens which the body needs to eliminate through various channels — ginger will soothe stomach, digestion, colon, even inflamed skin eruptions which often occur with major infections (I have personal experience with this). Other points which need consideration is the fact that a majority of the world’s garlic is grown in China and China has become the world’s most toxic agricultural soil and is no longer recommended as a source of our food supply. Many organic food distributors and supplements manufacturers are frantically searching for alternative Country of Origin for their ingredients and food pipeline into American grocery stores. As readers need to know, the Certified Organic Label offers no protection for heavy metals which have long contaminated China’s agricultural system, and this issue becomes really serious when America’s primary source for so many ingredients (which are then taken in concentrated doses such as a Garlic Cure, high-dose Vitamin C, dried herbs, etc.) is unquestioned for contamination. We really need to go out of our way to buy Non-China grown garlic, ginger, herbs, Vitamin C sources. When you are at supermarket, look for “Country of Origin” information if it is not labeled as such, and this could include asking the Produce person to go into back and look on the box. Garlic from Peru is not identified as problematic, and of course Garlic grown in WA State (North America’s Garlic Producing Capital) is home-grown under better conditions. The last thing I wish to say is that this Antibiotic Tonic would be exponentially improved with the addition of Powered Vitamin C which is currently the top antibiotic being researched and reported for everything from infections to heart failure to cancer. I have cured my multiple complex cancers with high doses of Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, Vitamin C and Green Drinks/Probiotics.

        Yes, proteolytic enzymes are extremely valuable but also prohibitively expensive. My journey and message is about documenting how a low-income person can “pay themselves” to produce their customized medicines in their own kitchens rather than purchase cookie-cutter processed products made with ingredients manufactured last year by someone else. I did use purchased proteolytic enzymes during “healing crises” when I was saturated and dumbed down with more toxins than my body could eliminate. But the bottled solution only lasted a few days which set me off on a quest to produce my own solution from bulk ingredients which cost pennies by comparison. What I found is that the combination of these FAR less expensive home-made ingredients, consumed at the highest dosage possible, substituted in much the same way as the $50/bottle proteolytic enzymes. Of course there are many other daily consumed/avoided components to this so-called alternative proteolytic formula which I have alluded to several times; I could call these sea-changes I have had to put myself through, as My Understandings. Each person must make certain things happen in order to be capable of eliminating toxins and clean out their channels, and for me it has included: acid-alkaline balancing, removing gluten, eliminating/modulating animal, eliminating/regulating sugar, consistently high fiber/improved motility, removing allergic foods, modifying the inflammatory-response 24/hrs/day. In order for my so-called proteolytic enzymes alternative method to work, you would need to find your adjunct “Understandings” which can only happen through trial-and-error and highly sensitive biofeedback self-training. My trials involve thing things like raw sprout juices, high amounts of homemade probiotic foods, cilantro in multiple ways everyday, highest HU capsaicim, black pepper with everything, a half-dozen liver function herbs, alkaline-dominant eating, and more. What has happened is that I am gradually replacing what would have been very expensive testing, retail supplements, and professional oversight. I have become the expert on my body (that each of us needs to be). Off-the-shelf products foster dependence on a major American thinking problem which I call The Silver Bullet Habit. It goes like this: “If I can just find the right Pill, I can get back to doing what I want to do.” What Cancer does for us (if we let it), is to get back into the driver’s seat of self-care, problem-solving, reading our body’s clues/needs, taking personal responsibility for changing what we have done for decades which led to the current predicament, and this MUST involve getting down to the nitty-gritty of everyday stuff we long ago subbed out to manufacturers. The options for making one’s own medicine is dizzying and literally growing all around us (or could be if we made the effort to become more of a Producer than a Consumer). We can and must re-learn this stuff. When sick, animals go out of their hole and eat grass. Our survival as a species depends upon this fundamental skill, and continuing to avoid weening ourselves off of the thousands of cash-dependent items we consume every day is psycho-spiritual suicide. Mankind needs to take back the meaning-making potential for being alive, and the meaning is that We All Need To Re-Calibrate With The Animal Side of Our Nature.

      Hello Ariel, I am amazed on your journey of curing yourself. One of my family members is battling with cancer now. What would you suggest she needs to consume. it seems the cancer came again. Regarding your comment about not to boil/heat garlic, then would it better off blending with water and consume that way? How would you do it.
      I have quite similar recipe only adding apple cider vinegar, the recipe says boiling it until half and take 1 tbsp every morning with empty stomach. I question this myself if boiling the ingredients would reduce its function? Kindly advise. Thanks

    My Dear Liana, I am very sorry to hear of your family member who has recurring cancer. The problem with answering your question: What Should She Do is this: NO ONE ever has the right or responsibility to try to cure someone else. Cancer is above all else, an opportunity to clean up our spiritual house. We get cancer for reasons only we can discern. In order to make our body inhospitable for cancer cells to survive, we MUST change many things which led to the fact of “having cancer.” The PROCESS of figuring all this out involves getting involved with one’s bad habits and what is needed to correct and change the things which are harmful to us. Some people will continue with all their little bad habits in private and ask others to help without ever facing what they are doing and not doing — will not be responsible and truthful. This is going to involve either involved paying a lot of money to go to an alternative cancer treatment center, or if your relative is incapacitated and dependent upon you or others for caregiving, that person would be responsible for making the necessary changes. This is not a one-size-fit-all solution, and the changes must be generated from within. A majority of Americans have what is professionally termed a “Dependency Relationship” with their medical doctor. Some just won’t look at themselves enough to admit what is wrong until it is too late. Taking on reversing one’s own cancer is not for the weak. Often those around the person care more about that person than they do. One of the biggest challenges we must all face is to look at our own self-destructiveness and refusing to be aware and up-to-date and actively caring for own’s health (before it is too late) is a hurdle most never get past. We have been conditioned to call the doctor, take a pill, and do what someone else tells us to do. Most will die of their disease before they will change this bad habit.
