Get Rid of Moles and Skin Tags with Apple Cider Vinegar
If you would like to try these methods to remove your moles or skin tags, here are the two most popular ways to do this.
1. Apple Cider Vinegar and a Needle
You shouldn’t feel anything since moles have no nerves. The reason you are going to poke it, however, is that moles have a protective coating, so to speak, that keeps them from being “seen” by our immune systems. You need to penetrate that coating. The easiest way to do this is with a sterilized needle. You can burn it with a match or rub it with some alcohol to sterilize it. Poke the mole in one or two places. You don’t need to pierce it all the way through, just poke it so that the apple cider vinegar can penetrate it. Now get a cotton ball, soak it into apple cider vinegar, and apply it to the mole for about 20 minutes. That’s it.
Do this every day until the mole develops a scab. This will take only 3 to 5 days. Then you can simply apply the apple cider vinegar directly to the scab. The scab will fall off in another day or two. You can stop the entire process as you should see new pink skin underneath.

You can do the same thing with a strong concentration of Lugol’s Solution, which is a combination of iodine and potassium iodide in a base of water. Seven percent strength is best for this application but it’s harder to find than the 5% solution, which you can buy online, in limited amounts (limited because some dorks are using it for making drugs). Since so many people are iodine deficient, using the Lugol’s for skin tags would help them in that respect. The application process and results are the same as the ACV, including the tag eventually falling off, though the times may vary. Also, the iodine can be applied 2 or 3 times a day. A drop from the included dropper is actually more than you need, unless the mole is big.
