6. Sea Salt

Natural sea salt contains trace minerals and powerful detoxification compounds that work together to effectively cleanse the colon of toxins and excess waste. Boil one glass of water with one tablespoon of sea salt. Mix well. Once it has cooled, drink this first thing in the morning. Repeat once each week for a one month period.
