3. Roasted Chickpeas
Chickpeas are a great crunchy snack that is super healthy.
The trick is to make them in advance and store them in zip lock bags so you can have them on hand at your desk when you want them. Roasted chickpeas are something like chips; they have a salty crunch to them that really satisfies.
Drain a can of chickpeas, then toss with a bit of olive oil and the seasoning of your choice, bake on a lined cookie sheet at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes.
These are a super yummy, super healthy, super snack!
