You’ll need the following ingredients to make the smoothie.

  • 1 medium Aloe Vera leaf, filleted (approximately 1/2 cup)
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk, your choice
  • 1/2 cup of mango chunks (fresh would be perfect, but frozen are also ok)
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries (fresh would be perfect, but frozen are also ok)
