Get Rid of Moles and Skin Tags with Apple Cider Vinegar
2. Apple Cider Vinegar and a Band-aid
If you are squeamish about poking yourself with a needle, you can always use this method. Most people simply leave the band-aid on during the night and then take it off in the morning. This method might take a bit more time but it appears to be equally effective.
Dip a cotton ball into a spoon of apple cider vinegar and then squeeze the excess of the liquid out. (You don’t want it dripping down your face half the night!) Place the cotton ball over the mole and secure it there with a band-aide. Leave it on for a minimum of 8 hours; 10 to 12 is better until the mole turns into a scab. Once the mole has formed a scab you can stop applying the apple cider vinegar. The scab should fall off on its own in another day or two and you should see fresh, pink new skin underneath.
Be aware that apple cider vinegar can burn the skin surrounding the mole, especially if it is delicate or sensitive skin. No matter which method you try be careful not to apply too much. You want to use enough to soak the mole, but not so much that it runs down your body.

Persons who have used these methods say that even after a year, the mole did not grow back. Give it a try; what do you have to lose other than an unsightly mole?

You can do the same thing with a strong concentration of Lugol’s Solution, which is a combination of iodine and potassium iodide in a base of water. Seven percent strength is best for this application but it’s harder to find than the 5% solution, which you can buy online, in limited amounts (limited because some dorks are using it for making drugs). Since so many people are iodine deficient, using the Lugol’s for skin tags would help them in that respect. The application process and results are the same as the ACV, including the tag eventually falling off, though the times may vary. Also, the iodine can be applied 2 or 3 times a day. A drop from the included dropper is actually more than you need, unless the mole is big.
