4.  Lemon Hemp Herb Dressing

This is a great dressing for just about any salad you can dream up. You could also use it as a veggie dip. This dressing is raw, soy free, nut free, gluten free, and vegan.

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup hemp hearts
  • Juice from 1 medium sized organic lemon
  • A couple strands of chives, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • A few sprigs of fresh dill leaves
  • A few sprigs of fresh cilantro and/or parsley
  • ¼ Teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/3 Cup of water as needed for thinning

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients into your blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add more water 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Add more lemon or other spices to suit your taste.
  • Chill before serving.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
