Garlic is a super heart healthy herb that fights infection! Garlic has been used as both a food and a medicine for thousands of years, and for good reason. We couldn’t possibly list all the health benefits garlic has to offer, but here are a few: it can kill viruses, lower blood cholesterol, lower blood pressure, remove heavy metals from the body, help to prevent Alzheimer’s disease, and strengthen the immune system.
