4. Make It Yourself Magnesium Oil

This is a super simple recipe that will help you sleep better and lower stress levels. Try spraying this on your stomach, arms, and legs each day. Depending on your size, about 10 to 20 sprays each day should do the trick. This spray can be stored at room temperature for about 6 months. If you feel a tingly sensation, that is simply the magnesium doing its job.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup magnesium chloride flakes
  • ½ cup of distilled water
  • A spray bottle

Instructions:

  • Boil the distilled water. (be sure to use distilled water)
  • Add the magnesium flakes into a glass bowl and pour the boiling water over it.
  • Stir well until completely dissolved. Allow to cool completely.

    These do-it-yourself recipe suggestions sound great, but lazy moi would rather stick to eating magnesium-rich foods.
