5. Grounding (Earthing)

Grounding, or earthing as it is sometimes called, is a completely free way to reap some incredibly valuable rewards. Connecting ourselves to the earth’s electrical energy discharges the negative consequences of EMFs as well as gives a feeling of well-being. Many people find that when they do earthing regularly, they sleep better, have improved moods, and more energy.

Best of all it’s completely free. Simply take off your shoes and socks and walk around (you can even just stand there!) on some nice grass, dirt, or sand for about 20 to 30 minutes per day. That’s it! You can use your hands, too, if you like, and if you want to do this for longer periods of time, that’s OK too. Sometimes the weather prohibits this type of thing, so there are some mats you can buy that will do the same thing, and if you love the way earthing makes you feel, you might consider buying some of those technological devices.
