It’s made with super energizing essential oils (nutmeg, yerba mate, peppermint, spearmint, black pepper, vanilla, chocolate, and wolfberry seed) along with Korean ginseng and green tea extract. Cellulite-Reducing Bath Soak

In one cup of raw, organic apple cider vinegar, mix 5 drops of each of the following essential oils:

  • Lemon
  • Ginger
  • Grapefruit
  • Orange
  • Tangerine
  • Sandalwood

Don’t add the essential oils directly to the running water to prevent evaporation. Mix well into the apple cider vinegar first, and then add this mixture to a tub of hot water. Soak for 20 to 30 minutes to help reduce the appearance of cellulite and encourage the body to dissolve fat.

To help curb your appetite and increase fat burning, consume one of the following capsules every morning after breakfast with a full glass of water. Always buy food grade essential oils! You can buy empty capsules at any health food store.

Each capsule should contain the following essential oils:

  • 2 Drops of lemon
  • 2 Drops of peppermint

  • 12 drops of liquefied coconut oil
