7.  Lentils and Beans

The main thing you want to think of when you think of beans and lentils? (No, not that sound coming from the bathroom!) Fiber!

You need a full 35 grams of fiber every day and eating more beans and lentils can help you reach that goal. Lentils are a source of clean protein, too.

Add them to various soups, or make your own bean soup. Try Mexican food night with bean burritos, or mix them into your salad.

    I drink water with 2 or 3 lemon wedges every day, but they’re costly,… $.69 apiece and VERY small, so I don’t use 1/2 of one’s juice.
