12 Natural Ways to Help You Get Pregnant Fast!
10. Apple Cider Vinegar
Raw, organic apple cider vinegar flushes toxins from the body and can naturally help to balance the hormones. The vinegar is acidic by nature but once inside the body it has an alkalinizing effect. Apple cider vinegar helps to maintain a more alkaline pH in your vagina, which can help you become pregnant faster. It can also help to eliminate candida, which can lead to problems with infertility. Simply add 2 teaspoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and a small amount of raw, organic honey to one glass of water and drink two glasses each day.
11. Vitamin D
Before you try to conceive, get your vitamin D levels checked. A deficiency in this important vitamin can cause infertility and miscarriage. One study, published in the molecular Nutrition and Food Research journal in 2010, showed that vitamin D was just as important for becoming pregnant as well as for the birth of a healthy baby.
Another study, published in the journal Metabolism: Clinical and Experimental in 2011, showed that a deficiency in vitamin D was linked to metabolic risk factors for those with PCOS, which causes irregular ovulation. Eat foods that are high in this important vitamin such as cheese, eggs, salmon and mushrooms. You should also try to get natural vitamin D from sunlight. Get at least 10 minutes of early morning sunlight each day to increase your chances of becoming pregnant.
12. Stress Management
Everyone experiences stress on some level but when you are trying to conceive, stress levels seem to go through the roof. Women who are undergoing stress have higher levels of an enzyme called alpha-amylase, which delays ovulation and affects your overall monthly cycle.
Reduce stress as much as possible by practicing relaxation techniques such as soothing music, meditation, yoga, massage therapy, aroma therapy, acupuncture, and nature walks.
Everyone’s body is different. Always consult your physician before consuming any herbal product or even before taking vitamin supplements. Be sure you are doing the right thing for you and your baby to be and speak to a qualified doctor.
