4. Onion Juice
This method has been used for hundreds of years to stimulate hair growth. It won’t win you any sweet-smelling contests, but you will have hair to die for. Onions contain a high sulfur content, which improves circulation as well as reducing inflammation. Onions have been proven to regrow hair. The Journal of Dermatology published a study in 2002 showing that 74 percent of those who applied onion juice to their scalps experienced significant hair growth.

To use this method, soak one cup of fenugreek seeds in some water overnight. Strain, and then grind the seeds into a paste. Apply the paste to your hair and scalp, massaging it well. Regular use of aloe vera can help to relieve scalp redness and irritation, adding strength and luster to the hair. You can use either aloe vera gel or juice. To use this method, add 10 flowers to two cups of coconut oil. Heat the solution for 30 to 40 minutes. Press the flowers to extract as much of their healing compounds as possible.
