10.  Exfoliate The Skin

It is vital that you exfoliate your skin while trying to grow thicker eyebrows. Exfoliate three times each week in a circular motion to remove dead skin cells and improve the blood circulation to the area. Don’t scrub too hard! Many people find that using a baby’s hair brush is gentle enough to exfoliate but isn’t so harsh that it can harm the eyebrows you already have.

11. Essential Oils

Besides coconut oil and castor oil, there are other natural, essential oils that can stimulate the natural growth of eyebrow hair. Some good choices are lavender essential oil, rose essential oil, and lemon essential oils. Rub a few drops of the oil of your choice into the eyebrow area each night before bed and leave on overnight. Wash off with a gentle cleanser the next morning. Repeat each night and you should see results in four to six weeks.

12.  Milk

This might sound strange, but milk can help you grow eyebrow hair due to its high level of protein and other nutrients that nourish hair roots. Use whole milk, not skim or low-fat milk. Dip a cotton ball in some whole milk and gently rub it over the entire eyebrow area. Allow the milk to dry completely, and then rinse off with warm water. Repeat once or twice each day for best results.

Extra Tips:

  • Avoid pressing the eyebrow area too hard if you use an eyebrow pencil
  • Get at least seven hours of sleep each night
  • Drink plenty of water to keep your hair and eyebrows hydrated
  • Massage the hair follicles under the eyebrows each day using a gentle, circular motion in the direction of the air growth
  • During the day, break open a vitamin E capsule and rub the oil into the eyebrows to keep them moisturized
  • Use a minimal amount of makeup on your eyebrows. It dries out the hair and causes it to fall out.
  • Avoid over plucking or over waxing your eyebrows
