13. Lemons
You can use either lemon juice or lemon tea to help get rid of viruses, bacterial infections, and promote healing. You can mix the juice of half of an organic lemon and a teaspoon of raw, organic honey in a glass of warm water. You can also make a gargle solution of lemon mixed with warm water and gargle with this three or four times each day. Lemon tea mixed with honey is also another good choice to help clear out your throat.
14. Green Tea

15. Raisins
