8. Yellow and Green Anti-Pain Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup of fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup of fresh organic pear chunks, any variety
  • 2 cups fresh organic baby spinach with stems
  • 1 bunch fresh organic parsley with stems
  • ½ medium-sized organic carrot

Place everything except the grapefruit juice in your juicer. Skim off the foam if need be, then add the grapefruit juice. This tastes best when served over ice.
