So what are the solutions?

The good news is that there are variety of ways you can fight bags under your eyes that do not involve costly plastic surgery.

Obviously, there are things such as skin creams which can be beneficial. But there are also simple lifestyle changes and household items that can help.

One of the easiest steps you can take is to change the way you eat and drink. As mentioned above, excessive salt consumption can be a contributing factor in the formation of bags under the eyes. For some people, even levels of salt deemed “healthy” might be too much as pertaining to the eyes. Reducing sodium intake to as little as possible might be a good idea, as is switching to Himalayan sea salt, which is considered healthier than traditional table salt. Bottom line? Avoid high sodium foods and eat more fresh vegetables.
