Some mixes that seem to help some people affected with this disorder are:


Mix #1

  • 2 Drops of Frankincense
  • 2 Drops of jasmine
  • 1 Drop of lemon


Mix #2

  • 1 Drop of lavender
  • 1 Drop of ylang ylang
  • 3 Drops of grapefruit


Mix #3

  • 1 Drop of rose
  • 1 Drop of orange
  • 3 Drops of sandalwood

    LMAO WHAT. So I can forgo my stabilizer and my antipsychotic and just sniff some fucking lavender or cinnamon oil to ward off a manic episode instead? GTFOH.
