The crazy thing about menopause is that you can feel so washed out and sleepy during the day, but then you can’t sleep at night. Or you fall asleep exhausted but you wake up after just a few hours and can’t get back to sleep. Try using a room diffuser to help you fall asleep and stay asleep.
