8. Stretching Exercises

If you sit for long periods of time, be sure you get up at least every 30 minutes to stretch, even it’s just for 3 minutes. Do arm circles, put your hands over your head, then drop your head to the floor, or go for a short walk and do punches with your arms. Simply moving around will help improve your circulation.
