Easy 3 Day Lymph System Cleanse

Day 2

Drink three 8 ounce glasses of the broth for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can still drink the lemon juice with water in the morning if you desire.

Day 3

Drink the broth the same way you did on day two, but split the vegetables that you saved into three equal parts and eat them in addition to the broth for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

You can still drink plenty of water, green tea, or herbal teas during this cleanse, but no coffee, sodas, or other types of drinks, especially caffeinated drinks.

Get plenty of rest and take it easy during this time. Do not over-tax your body with hard exercise or stressful situations.

This cleanse will leave you feeling light and refreshed with more energy than you ever imagined possible.

    That was my thought…how much of each item goes into the broth. Need more specifics.
