Juicy Rainbow Smoothie

This is a great starter juice as it has an 80/20 vegetable/fruit mixture and is easy on the stomach. It’s also easy to make as it only has 6 everyday ingredients. It happens to taste great too!

  Ingredients:

  • 1 Large organic carrot
  • 1 Medium organic tomato
  • 5 Medium organic celery stalks
  • ½ Medium organic cucumber (don’t peel it)
  • ½ Medium organic orange (peeled and seeded)
  • ½ Medium organic peach (remove the pit but not the skin)

Put everything in your juicer and enjoy! You can add a bit of ice or pour it over ice if you like.

 

Juicy Reboot Smoothie

This is another satisfying juice that is super healthy for you.

  Ingredients:

  • 1 Medium organic tomato
  • 1 Medium organic zucchini ( don’t peel it)
  • 1 Medium organic golden beet
  • ½ Medium organic cucumber ( don’t peel it)
  • 1 ½  Cups organic red grapes
  • ½ Medium organic lime ( peeled and seeded)

Add everything to your juicer and enjoy!
