3. Celery Salt

You have probably seen celery salt in the supermarkets, perhaps you have even used it, but you won’t believe the difference in the flavor once you make your own. This salt is super tasty and works with just about everything. Find out celery benefits.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of finely ground salt (sea salt works well for this recipe)
  • 4 Celery heads, leaves only

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 250 degrees.
  • Place the leaves only from 4 heads of celery on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake until dry, about 10 minutes.
  • Using a spice grinder, coffee grinder, or food processor, pulse until the leaves are coarsely ground.
  • Combine the salt and ground celery leaves.
  • Transfer to the container of your choice.
