4. Porcini Salt

This mushroom flavored salt has a flavor like none other. It’s perfect for soup, salads, roasted chicken, salad dressings, Italian food, even seafood.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup of dried wild porcini mushrooms or about 3 tablespoons of ground porcini mushrooms.
  • ¾ Cup of unrefined sea salt

Instructions

  • Using a coffee grinder or food processor, grind the mushrooms until coarsely ground.
  • Combine the ground mushrooms with the salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Transfer to the container of your choice.
