Banana Oat
- 1-2 scoops of protein powder
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 4-6 ice cubes
Chocolate Peanut Butter
- 1-2 scoops protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter (almond butter works too!)
- 4-6 ice cubes
Green Protein Machine
- 1-2 scoops protein powder
- 2 cups of leafy greens (kale, spinach, etc)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup of pineapple
- 1 cup of almond milk
