Protein Smoothies

Banana Oat

  • 1-2 scoops of protein powder
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 4-6 ice cubes

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter

  • 1-2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter (almond butter works too!)
  • 4-6 ice cubes

 

Green Protein Machine

  • 1-2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 cups of leafy greens (kale, spinach, etc)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple
  • 1 cup of almond milk
