      buy organic tumeric powder and put a teaspoon of it in all meals and beverages that you can. get sun exposure for at least 10 – 15 minutes every day on as much body surface. strip down to underwear or nude if you have privacy. eat kale spinach salad every day or make green smoothie every single day with several organic greens and fruit if possible. avoid all wheat and sugar foods. limit dairy, buy organic. butter is okay. eat plenty of lean high quality protein grassfed meats, organic nuts, seeds and legumes, fatty fish like wild-caught salmon. drink 2-3 cups of plain green tea every day. try to get at least 2-3 hours of exercise per week. try walking and light jogging. eat any and all foods that are very high in antioxidants. eat cold pressed olive oil and avocados (good fats). reduce stressors. laughter boosts immune system. see good friends and family often, but only if they don’t cause you stress. do yoga, meditate whenever possible. and do deep breathing every day 8 times in a row (once in morning when you wake up and once in evening before bed). get 7-8 hours of sleep.
