Having strong and healthy hair may go a long way for us to retain the beauty that our curls give us, and this can be achieved by treating it consciously. Taking care of our hair can be done from the comfort of our homes without spending a consultation fee at the dermatologist’s office. Here we suggest the time-proven DIY recipes so you can get them to make your hair spray any time you feel for it.

Recipe 1: Use aloe vera gel and lavender.

A good homemade spray for the hair is the combination of Aloe Vera gel and lavender oil. Note that the Aloe Vera gel is not the same as the Aloe Vera oil. Aloe gel is simply the thick liquid gotten from the Aloe leaf.

Recipe 2: Use aloe oil and essential oil.

The mixture of aloe and essential oils is a good hair spray to make your hair healthy. They are easy to buy and prepare. Make sure that you use aloe oil that has one-hundred percent juice with little amounts of natural preservatives which is normally citric acid. Dilute one drop of the aloe vera oil and one drop of essential oil of your choice in a tablespoon of carrier oil, and massage into your hair.

Recipe 3: Use beach wave spray.

Beach wave spray which is also known as sea salt spray is a good hair spray to make your hair strong. In order to prepare a beach wave spray, you will need a spray bottle, a cup of hot water, one to two teaspoons of sea salt, one tablespoon of coconut oil and argan oil, a half tablespoon of leave in conditioner, and a small amount of pomade or water based gel. Getting them mixed all together gives you a wonderful hair spray.

Recipe 4: ACV hair rinse.

As much as this is simple to make, it is a powerful hair spray for healthy hair. ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) is notable for its wide range of use in health practices. Mixing a cup of water with two to four table spoons of vinegar, and your ACV hair rinse is ready. Use some shampoo on your hair, then rinse your hair thoroughly with the mixture, slowly pouring it on your scalp and letting it run down at your hair’s length. Also, remember to prevent it from getting into your eyes.

The recipe includes: A spray bottle, two tablespoons of aloe vera gel, four tablespoons of rose water, and three to four tablespoons of orange oil. Procedure goes like this: Get a bowl and pour rose water into it, add Aloe Vera gel and mix them together; finally add the orange oil and mix the content. Pour all the content into the spray bottle.
