    I like Dr Hyman’s video. One question I’d ask him is:
    For people with hormone-positive cancers like prostate cancer and breast cancer, would the oestrogen contained in animal products, even in “organic” versions of these foods, be a problem for them, in his opinion?
    I personally avoid animal products (and soy foods too, with their phyto-oestrogen) for that reason. I also like the fact that I’m no longer involved in the cruelty associated with farming animals and the environmental harm it causes, but I admit it was self-interest that caused me to switch to a vegan diet this time.
