This One Thing Can Protect You from the Ravages of Fluoride

Researchers then measured the MDA content in the brains of the different groups of mice. MDA (malondiadehyde) are markets of oxidative damage or stress.  As was expected, the group that received only fluoride had significantly elevated MDA levels when compared to the control group. The group given fluoride with curcumin had reduced MDA levels when comparted to the group that received only fluoride. This shows that curcumin had important neuroprotective activity against fluoride damage.

This isn’t the first study to show that curcumin has brain protective properties. There have been more than 200 peer-reviewed, published studies that show that curcumin is a brain protecting agent.

Curcumin is a main ingredient in turmeric but don’t simply use turmeric in your food as some of the quantities of curcumin in the spice can be very minimal. Always buy organic curcumin. Curcumin can not only protect us from fluoride, it has the proven ability to kill cancer cells, stop inflammation in the body, and shrink cancerous tumors.

Even if tiny doses of fluoride were ok (which they are not), think about the fact that in 1984, the biggest toothpaste manufacturer stated that one tube of toothpaste had enough fluoride to kill a young child if eaten at one time, how can one sensibly argue that it’s OK to add fluoride to drinking water where the dosage cannot be controlled or monitored?  The FDA lists fluoride as a drug, so why is it that other drugs must be monitored but not fluoride?

When we look at all the toxic chemicals we are bombarded with on a daily basis, eating curcumin might just be the world’s most important spice for protecting our health.
