9. Ginger

Ginger is one of those food items that has a number of healing properties with eliminating sneezing as one of its remedies. You can take a couple of teaspoons of ginger extract two times a day until you no longer have your sneezing under control. If you prefer you can take a piece of ginger root, cut it into thin slices, and make a tea with it by steeping it in a cup of boiling water. You can add some honey and sip it before you go to bed so you won’t sneeze throughout the night.

10. Garlic

If the smell of garlic doesn’t bother you, it can be used to clear out your nasal passages so you won’t sneeze. Create a paste using five cloves of garlic then just breathe it in. Soups, salads, and pasta dishes always taste better with garlic and you can also roast cloves making a nutty spread you can use to make garlic bread.
