10. Yogurt/Kefir

Yogurt and kefir contain a type of friendly bacteria called probiotics. These nourish your skin both on the inside and the outside. Always consume natural, unsweetened yogurt with active cultures so it can work its magic on your gut bacteria, reducing inflammation in the body, which will reduce redness in your skin tone.
