1. Delightful Detox Bath
Adding a cup of baking soda and a cup of apple cider vinegar to your bath results in a delightful spa-like experience that will soak away aches and pains while detoxing the body at the same time. A nice side note here is that it will also clean the tub and drain when you are done.
2. Isotonic Drink
