2. Sweet Turmeric Surprise

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium-sized organic apples, any variety, deseeded
  • 2 medium-sized organic pears, any variety
  • 3 medium-sized organic carrots
  • 2 small organic lemons, peeled and deseeded
  • 3 medium organic celery stalks
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger root
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh turmeric root

Place everything in your juicer. Stir well and serve.

 

3. Outrageous Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces purified water
  • 1 organic orange, any variety, peeled and deseeded
  • 2 cups organic baby spinach
  • 1.5 cups cubed fresh pineapple
  • ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger
  • 2 large organic carrots, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Put all ingredients in your blender and mix well. Some people enjoy this over ice.
