  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste, but be warned: This stuff is VERY strong!)
  • 1 tbsp of raw honey

    I just don’t like drinking it is all. I don’t like that acid on my teeth for one thing, my enamel’s already pretty worn after 69 years of chewin.
