32. Goat’s Milk

If you love dairy but don’t love how acidic it can be in the body, then goat’s milk is for you! If you have never tasted it, don’t be shy. It does not taste the way goats smell! In fact, once you try it, we can almost guarantee that you will never want to drink cow’s milk again. Goat’s milk is alkalizing, and for those who have allergies or intolerances to cow’s milk, you will find that you can drink this kind of milk with no problem.

33. Grapefruit

Like many citrus fruits, people think that the sour taste makes it acidic. Although grapefruit might be acidic on the outside, like lemons and limes, they are alkalizing once we consume them. Grapefruits are a true super food, and many people believe that they are one of the most perfect foods on this planet. Eat a half a grapefruit for breakfast and enjoy!

34. Herbal Teas

If you are a tea lover, you don’t have to stop. Simply change your tea from regular black or green tea to herbal tea. Whichever flavor you prefer is the one you should drink. All herbal teas are alkaline-forming, unlike black tea, which is acidic. Ginger tea, chamomile tea, peppermint tea, or lemon balm, doesn’t matter. You cannot go wrong with herbal teas, so it’s time to stock up and enjoy!

35. Cabbage

If you don’t like cabbage, you simply haven’t found a good recipe for it yet! If you love cabbage, then we have good news for you; cabbage is one of the best foods around for fighting cancer, helping to lose weight, lower cholesterol, while being a super alkalizing food. It seems there is nothing cabbage cannot do, so eat more coleslaw, add it to your salads, sandwiches, soups, and any way you can think of so you can get more healthy benefits!

Of course, these are not the only alkalizing foods out there, but this is a great start if you want to begin to bring your pH level down and get cancer out of your life!

The photo that you have used on the front of the top 35 alkaline foods is misleading and a typical advertising ploy as ripe bananas is not on the list yet you have chosen to put it in the visual display. That is unethical and wrong to do that.
