15 Mind Blowing Ways to Beat Laryngitis Fast

Mix 1 tablespoon of marshmallow leaves, 1 teaspoon of coltsfoot leaves, 1 teaspoon of licorice root, and one teaspoon of mullein leaves. Cover these herbs with 1.5 cups of boiling water and allow to steep (covered) for about 20 to 30 minutes. Strain, add a teaspoon of honey, and drink two or three times each day until you recover your voice.

 

2. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has both antibacterial and acidic compounds that will help to kill off the infection and swelling, which should restore your voice. You can mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water to make a gargle solution. You can gargle three or four times each day with this. Alternatively, mix ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar and two tablespoons of raw, organic honey. Drink this several times each day. If you like, you can also add some water to dilute the apple cider vinegar.

 

3.  Aloe Vera

The gel from this plant has super healing compounds that work both inside and outside. Mix two teaspoons of aloe vera gel with two teaspoons of raw, organic honey. Swallow this once each day. Make sure the aloe vera gel is fresh. You can also mix some gel with a bit of water to make a gargle that you can use three or more times each day.
