Ingredients:
- 6 ounces of purified water
- 4 cups of organic baby spinach
- 2 organic frozen bananas (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup organic strawberries
- ½ cup deseeded guavas
Put everything in your blender and mix well. If you like your smoothie a bit thicker, use 4 ounces of water or add an ice cube or two.

2. Sweet Turmeric Surprise
Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized organic apples, any variety, deseeded
- 2 medium-sized organic pears, any variety
- 3 medium-sized organic carrots
- 2 small organic lemons, peeled and deseeded
- 3 medium organic celery stalks
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger root
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh turmeric root
Place everything in your juicer. Stir well and serve.
3. Outrageous Orange Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces purified water
- 1 organic orange, any variety, peeled and deseeded
- 2 cups organic baby spinach
- 1.5 cups cubed fresh pineapple
- ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger
- 2 large organic carrots, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Put all ingredients in your blender and mix well. Some people enjoy this over ice.

4. Strawberry Mint Blast
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of fresh, organic strawberries
- 1 medium-sized organic pear, any variety
- 15 fresh, organic peppermint leaves
- 1 cup of fresh pineapple, cubed
For certain types of juicers, mint leaves present a problem. If you can’t crush them, you can try the old fashioned type of lemon squeezer or simply give them a twist or two and add them to your drink after you juice the remaining ingredients to get that minty flavor.
5. Nutty Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups of purified water
- 1 cup of fresh pineapple, cubed (freeze them overnight for a frozen treat!)
- 1 large organic banana, frozen and cut into chunks
- 1 medium organic carrot
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 12 raw almonds, soaked in water overnight and drained
Blend the water and almonds together until very smooth (about 90 seconds). Add all other ingredients and blend well.

6. Gingery Green Delight
Ingredients:
- 5 handfuls of organic baby spinach
- 3 organic apples, any variety, deseeded
- 1 organic orange, any variety, peeled and seeded
- 4 organic stalks of celery
- 1 lemon, don’t peel it
- ¼-inch piece of fresh ginger root
Add everything to your juicer, and then transfer to a clean container.
7. Perfect Pineapple Pleasure
Ingredients:
- 1 large handful of organic cherries, pits removed
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh turmeric root
- 1 large handful of organic red grapes, seeds removed
- 1 large organic carrot
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger root
- 4 large slices of fresh pineapple, cut in chunks
Add everything to your juicer and enjoy!

8. Yellow and Green Anti-Pain Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
- ¼ cup of fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 cup of fresh organic pear chunks, any variety
- 2 cups fresh organic baby spinach with stems
- 1 bunch fresh organic parsley with stems
- ½ medium-sized organic carrot

Place everything except the grapefruit juice in your juicer. Skim off the foam if need be, then add the grapefruit juice. This tastes best when served over ice.
