1. Migraine Crusher Green Juice

Serves 2

  • 16 ounces coconut water or purified water
  • 1 cup organic pineapple
  • 1 cup organic kale ( about 3 or 4 leaves)
  • 1 stalk organic celery
  • Juice of ½ organic lemon
  • 1 cup organic cucumber, including skin ( about ½ a large cucumber)
  • ½ inch organic fresh ginger root
  • 1.5 cups of ice

Place all ingredients in a blender or juice and mix for one two minutes.

Serves 1

  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
  • 3 cups of organic kale, chopped
  • 1 medium peeled organic banana
  • 2 peeled organic oranges, seeds removed
  • 8 ounces coconut milk

Put all ingredients in your blender or juicer and mix well for one minute.

 

3. Eye Healthy Banana Broccoli Smoothie

Serves 1

  • 2 medium sized organic bananas, peeled

  • 3 cups organic spinach leaves, chopped
  • 1 organic orange, peeled
  • 6 ounces purified water

Add all items into your blender or juicer and mix well for one minute.

 

4. Colon Cancer Fighting Red Grape Smoothie

Apples and grapes are rich in a fiber called pectin which is known to help clear out toxins and excess waste from the large intestine (the colon).

Serves 1

  • 3.5 ounces of frozen acai berries or 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 2 cups organic red grapes
  • 1 large, organic apple, any variety, cored
  • 2 cups organic baby spinach
  • 4 ounces of purified water

Add all ingredients into a blender or juicer and mix for one minute.

 

5. Prostate Healthy Coconut Kale Smoothie

Flax seeds are well-known for their ability to inhibit the growth of prostate cancer.

Serves 1

  • 2 organic oranges, peeled and seeds removed
  • 1 medium organic banana
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds
  • 3 cups of organic kale, chopped
  • ½ organic peeled lime
  • 8 ounces unsweetened coconut milk

Add all ingredients into your juicer or blender and mix for one minute.

 

6. Alzheimer’s Annihilator Apple Orange Smoothie

Serves 1

  • 2 organic oranges, peeled and seeds removed
  • 2 organic apples, any variety, cored
  • 1 cup organic mango
  • 1 medium organic carrot, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 ounces purified water

Place all items into your juicer or blender and mix well for one minute.

 

7. No Caffeine Migraine Buster Smoothie Alternative

Serves 2

  • 1 inch piece of fresh, organic ginger peeled and cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons carob powder
  • 2 cups raw milk or coconut milk
  • 4 teaspoons raw honey
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Pour two cups of water into a small pot and bring to a boil. Add ginger and let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove ginger. Add carob powder and stir, then add milk, and honey then heat until very hot but not boiling. Pour into mugs, stir, and then sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

 

8. Watermelon Migraine Buster Smoothie

This is a super great smoothie during hot weather. Watermelon and cucumber are incredibly hydrating and sometimes dehydration is a trigger for migraines.

Serves 2

  • About 2 cups of watermelon cut and seeds removed
  • ½ organic medium sized cucumber
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 2 mint leaves

Add all items into your juicer or blender and mix well. If it’s too thin, add more ice.

 

9. Dr. Oz’s Green Migraine Miracle

This drink has several migraine fighting ingredients including ginger and spinach.

Serves 4

  • 2 cups organic spinach
  • 2 medium organic cucumbers
  • 1 stalk organic celery
  • ½ inch piece of organic ginger or 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • ½ cup chopped organic parsley
  • 2 organic apples, any variety, cored
  • 1 organic lime ( juice only)
  • ½ organic lemon ( juice only)
  • 4 ounces purified water or a handful of ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender or juicer and puree for one minute. If this is too thick for your liking, add one organic banana or a tablespoon of raw honey.

    you know nothing about migraines and what makes them worse pineapple, spinach and bananas you should be ashamed of yourself.
