2. Tahini and Cilantro Detox Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 large handful of organic cilantro
- 1 teaspoon of organic chlorella powder
- 1 large handful of spinach or Swiss chard
- 1 handful of organic mint leaves (fresh leaves)
- 1 tablespoon of tahini
- 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds or chia seeds (no need to grind chia seeds)
- Raw, organic honey to taste
- Pure water (just enough to adjust the consistency to your liking)
Instructions:
Put everything except for the water in your blender. Blend on low for a few seconds, then on high for 1 minute. If you find the smoothie too thick for your liking, add small amounts of water until it reaches the consistency that you like. Drink immediately. Drink this once each day for 8 weeks or until your symptoms have completely subsided.
