Foods that Benefit Your Kidneys

Your diet is incredibly important when you have problems with your kidneys, so be sure to pay attention to the amount and type of food you’re consuming.  Be aware of potassium and phosphorous levels in your diet but also know that you can add some foods that help your condition.  Drink a lot of water and eat foods that help your kidney condition.  Some of these foods include:  cherries, peppers, watermelon, cauliflower, lemon or citrus, and apples, to name just a few.
