3. Stop Squinting

If you’re finding yourself squinting while you read, and don’t want to get glasses because you’re afraid they’ll make you look old, think about what squinting is doing to add on the wrinkles. The more you squint, the more wrinkles form around your eyes. The muscles that are overworking under your skin eventually create grooves if used enough and these grooves lead to wrinkles. So think twice about skipping the glasses. Remember the sunglasses too, as squinting against the sun will also add wrinkles to your face.

Conclusion

You may not be able to stop wrinkles permanently from developing on your face, but you can certainly delay their onset. Wrinkles are not only caused by age but by many different things we are deficient in or that we are doing in everyday life. So make sure to get a daily dose of collagen, vitamin C, and omega-3s and keep your life stress free, sleep on your back, and stop squinting. Doing these things won’t prevent wrinkles for good, but they will help you to prevent them prematurely.
