Both of these foods have antimicrobial properties which can help fight infections and common skin conditions like acne. Just mix 1 tablespoon of raw organic honey with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 cup of warm water, and you’re all set! Note: be Be sure to use raw honey and not the cheaper, mass produced kind. Those brands of honey are usually pasteurized, which removes most of the healthy benefits. Raw honey is more expensive, but it’ is definitely worth the extra money.
