21. Natural Cat Repellent

Stop neighborhood cats from using your garden or lawn as their own personal litterbox. Mix coffee grounds with lemon peels and place this mixture in areas where cats like to relieve themselves. This won’t hurt your garden and should stop those cats from doing their business as they really dislike the smell of both lemons and coffee.

 

22. Degrease Almost Anything

Go green and remove grease from just about any surface by mixing salt and lemon juice on the area. Allow to sit for a minute, scrub if you need to, and then wipe it off!

Lemons naturally have antibacterial compounds that make them perfect for cleaning and whitening cutting boards naturally. After scrubbing the board, rub the surface with half a lemon. Allow to sit for a few minutes, and then rinse with hot water.

    #16 is a no no. Do not brush your teeth after acid has softened the enamel. I had to get veneers because of my love of lemonade.
