3. Super Crunchy Super Detox Salad
Although cauliflower and broccoli come from the same vegetable family, they have very different tastes. Both, however, give the body some super nutrition and detox power. If you can’t find the kelp granules, it’s OK, the carrots and sunflower seeds, however, a super good for your body, so make sure you add those. This salad is a powerful detoxing combo that will give your body a big kick forward.
Ingredients:
- 1 Head of organic broccoli
- 1 head of organic cauliflower
- 1 Cup of shredded organic carrots
- ¼ Cup of raw, unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 Cup of organic currants
- 1 Tablespoon of dried parsley
- 1 Clove of organic garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon of kelp granules (optional)
- Juice from ½ Organic lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Place the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots in your food processor separate until each one is shredded.
- Mix these three vegetables in a bowl.
- Now add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
- You can adjust the seasoning to taste.
