Top Warning Signs You Need to Change Your Life
8. Everyone Bugs You
If you find that you can’t stand anyone and that you nitpick and find fault with everyone and everything, this is a sure sign that you have some deep, underlying problems you have not dealt with. Everyone is annoying because you have something in your own life that you can’t face and you don’t know how to change.
9. You Join the Doom and Gloom Club
Waiting and predicting and believing that something bad will happen will have only one result: something bad will surely happen. It’s like scientists who predict a big earthquake. They say this year after year until, whether it’s 10 years or 25 years later, guess what? There is an earthquake! Then they run around screaming “We told you so!” The fact is that earthquakes will happen with or without your prediction. Stop thinking about all the bad things that can happen and think about all the good things that can happen. The amount of work is the same.
10. Is That All There Is?
If you find yourself frequently thinking “Is this all there is?” or “There must be more to life than this!” you can bet that you are imagining that there are bigger, better opportunities on the horizon. Be open to change and follow those feelings of passion. They often lead to the perfect place that you have needed for a long time.

Keep in mind that deciding to make changes can take an instant, but actual change does not always happen as fast as we would like it to. Don’t let that stop you from change. Keep moving forward! Even small steps will help you to reduce those negative thoughts and feelings.

To Whom It May Concern,
I was searching for some articles about depression today and I came across your page.
I noticed that you linked to one of my favourite articles: http://www.helpguide.org/articles/depression/depression-signs-and-symptoms.htm
Just wanted to give you a heads up that I just wrote a similar one. It’s like the article on helpguide.org, but more thorough and up to date: https://inspireyourselflc.org/depression-signs-symptoms-causes-test-treatment/
Might be worth a mention on your page.
Either way, keep up the great work!
