Birke Baehr is only 15 years old, but he is already famous for his book and strong point of view on the quality of our food.
When Birke was a little boy, his dream was to become a professional football player, but today his goal is to become an organic farmer.
In 2012 the boy published his first book, titled “Birke on The Farm.” The book is based on the experience he got from visiting farms in the United States of America. Today he is known as a speaker, author, and an advocate for sustainable agriculture and organic food.
